No response from customer service
Ordered a fitted sweatshirt and it didn't fit well, so I wanted to return. Contacted their customer service via email 3 times on different dates, still no reply back after 3 weeks. Wouldn't order again. Really weird fit with skinny arms and loose waist - especially for an athletic brand. Disappointing. Update: 1/2/2025 - I just emailed you again to support at firmabs.com - waiting to hear back Update: 1/13/2025 - Still no response from this company
