We ordered some products which did not arrive due to the courier letting both us as the customer and Aspinal of London down. When we raised our query with the customer support team our problem was dealt with with care and professionalism, Gaby was our interface with Aspinal of London. She arranged for another package to be dispatched to us on the same day, as the items were needed for an event in a couple of days. The original package was left in a neighbour's garden and went unnoticed for a day or so. It was eventually delivered by our neighbour. The second parcel was duly returned to Aspinal of London. We have had quite a few items from the company, the quality of materials and workmanship is always superb, and now we appreciate that the customer care and support is of the same standard. We can recommend the company to anyone
