Bought a belt for my wife almost 400 dlls and and I’m completely disappointed with this company I bought the belt on Black Friday thinking I want to gift this for my wife for Christmas which leaves me outside of the refundable window , the company only offers an email to get a hold of customer service and keeps telling me that I am not able to get this refunded. Most people buy items for gifting for Christmas on Black Friday I do understand that it’s not refundable, but that doesn’t mean that I should be stuck keeping it they have really bad customer service, knowing that they have not tried to help me get this completed or giving me other options.
