Lots a cracks, chips, over spray, etc. Sloppy work they hope you don’t find, and pay them lots of money for. Build the house yourself or get a private builder. Would not pay a quarter of what I paid for my house seeing how the process is and house horrible the craftsmanship is. Stucco has mesh showing all around the house,flooring has gaps between baseboards and flooring. Paint overspray on every window as well as 4 scratched windows. Check every inch of your house if you buy through them, final walk through agent will try and rush you, and pray you don’t have any attention to detail so they can rip you off on bad work for a premium price. This is coming from someone in the trades. RUN!! Save your money and sanity.
