Drivelah bill me for scratch rim!
Today Drivelah bill me for scratch rim from host that I does not aware of! It was 2 months later 11th December they email me on these matters. I ask them check my return trip photos (without scratch) taken before handing over to host and yet they formalise that it is my fault! It could be the driver after me on that day or after. They can check on their Drivelah platform pick up and return trip pictures of drivers submitted unless it is cause by the host themselves. I can say it is a unfair practice from the host and the company. Driver to be aware of your host and take pictures for your own record. Now I'm waiting for their reply and rise merchant dispute with my bank on these matters.
