I had found out my planner was either stolen or incorrectly delivered over the holidays and reached out to Passion Planner to see if they could help in any way. Within 24hrs they let me know I can file a claim because of Order Protection! The process was easy and I felt fully supported. Gotta love the efficiency and hard work of the team!
