Buyers, Beware! Do not be fooled by this product or its advertising. They claim a "90-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked," but they fail to honor it. Additionally, the product itself is harmful to the skin. Instead of improving our skin, it caused discoloration and further damage. My daughter’s skin was significantly harmed, and a dermatologist confirmed that this device is not safe to use. It also failed to deliver any of its promised results for me, my son, or my daughter. The advertising is misleading, and the customer service is completely unhelpful. I deeply regret falling for their false claims. Save your money and protect your skin—do not buy this product!
