I purchased Office Pro 2021 and Visio from them and got the message about the product code being used to many times on activation. Their chat recommended using the phone method which worked great for Office but when I tried it for Visio I just got the spinning arrow. Alexander asked for a screenshot which I sent him and in 10 minutes he had me back up and use the online button which worked instanly. Great support!
