Logan which I do believe is a manager and Jess at the Hamilton Place Chattanooga Tennessee location are absolutely the best. They both go above and beyond for you and have the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They are so kind and knowledgeable and very professional and help you anyway they can. Things are expensive at every store, but with customer service and the help you get from Logan and Jess is outstanding and well worth every penny we spend in this store. We will always shop this location because of your great employees. Gearhead please reward these two employees they sure do deserve it and have earned it as well. We are very happy customers at your Hamilton place location in Chattanooga Tennessee. Thank you Logan and Jess for all your help we appreciate you both.
