He had to reach out to a different branch to find the park that I was looking for and kept me informed the entire time. People like him really make the difference.. Horrible customer service. Two of my family members went into the Pinnacle Gearhead store this afternoon to look at/purchase some clothes for our next week's hiking trip. 3 associates working. No one acknowledged their presence. Not a single greeting or simple question. They had to seek out and ask to try some clothes on. After trying on some clothes, zero assistance after. They ended up putting the clothes back and leaving. Is this the customer service that is to be expected? Did they not the fit the typical outdoor type? We have more years of experience with the outdoors and hiking than they have been alive. We are out of time as we are leaving Saturday for Wyoming. We were willing to spend money and no one here even acknowledges them? But hey, they went to Academy and purchased what they needed. Gearhead has lost all future monies that we are willing to spend.
Thursday June 25th my children went in there to buy shoes and the dark haired lady with glasses refused to sell a pair of men's size 7 shoes because she thought they needed to buy shoes in the women's department.. It was none of her business what department they wanted to buy shoes in. Because of her prejudice, she lost a sale and we won't ever go back to this location.
Place is cute and the only restaurant in Fort Wayne’s Airport. The food was mediocre and the cheese on the burger had an unpleasant taste and smell. The server didn’t seem interested in customer service, she had a cold demeanor and didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else before dropping off the check.
I made an online order through the website, I needed a smaller size . The store was awesome and helping me return and reorder through the store. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, Associates or assistance! I will be doing all my shoe shopping with your head Outfitters in the Battlefield Mall from now on!
