Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of pants from this company online. The pictures looked amazing. However, when I received the produce, it didn’t look as shown in the pictures. I received the pants and I immediately sent an email to this company to start the refund process. This company offered me $5 and a 20% coupon to shop on their website again. Please read their statement that was emailed to me when I requested a refund. Keep in mind that the $38 pair of pants were not as pictured in the photo. I will donate the item. However, I don’t want anyone else to waist their money with a company that isn’t up front with their return policy. Dear customer, We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage. The postage is very expensive,we do not recommend it. and if there is customs problem , the customs fees also very expensive .we will not responsible for it ,the package may be returned to you. We can refund you 5$ as compensation at most and you keep the item,is it ok? This company should be upfront about their return policy.
