Shopee logistic is like a scam
I have a lost package. The courier left it on my upper shelf of my shoe rack. I didnt activate the option to "allow them to leave at doorstep". When i call the customer service, they acknowledge it. But however my refund request rejected .They kept on insisting the item delivered based on the photo the courier provided. And later on they said i allow them to leave at doorstep, when i ask the proof, they simply ignore. I request for shopee to place the item of my 4 incoming shipment in my riser but yesterday it came and delivered 2 and the courier still place it on the same spot where i lost my package previously. My complaint left unanswered till now. While my refund request they have rejected 3x. I will be reducing or even find another shopping platform from now on and infom all of my friends and relatives to becareful with shopee and stop buying from them. Their logistic clearly having an issue and they just refuse to take any responsibility.
