I order 4 books 3 physical and 1 Ebook Horrible return ervice
I order 4 books 3 physical and 1 Ebook. The Ebook did not work and they gave me a hard time for a refund for 1 EBook! And it was their websites fault. Told me it works when it clearly did not and I used multiple browsers. They are not helpful and outsource which made matters even worse!
