Poor Service & Lack of Transparency
As a regular customer, I’m disappointed with MooGold’s slow delivery of Steam Wallet gift cards. Every time I order, they delay without prior notice, and support simply says it's out of stock. If an item is unavailable, it should be mentioned on the product page before accepting payments. Keeping customers waiting after payment is unacceptable. MooGold must improve transparency and update stock availability in real time.
