Incredible Experience with Interior Define/Havenly Several years after purchasing a sofa from Interior Define, we had an issue with one of the legs missing a brass cap. We asked customer service if they could help us find a replacement part. We received a reply from Riley on the same day and a solution the following day after we provided photos. They sent us a new leg which we received two business days later! Amazing outcome and totally unexpected. Superior support across the board. Thank you, Riley and Interior Define!
