Whatever you do, please please please DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. The wig I received from this company looks NOTHING like the wig that is listed on the product listing. Emailing them with photo evidence they responded “you know the wig looks like the product picture” when it did not at all. The customer service is combative, and will only try to argue with you so they don’t have to accept any wrongdoing. They will not help you come to solutions, they will just argue with you. The return policy is nonexistent and they will go to NO END to not accept any blame for their bad products because they do not want to refund you or pay for the return label. You will have a better chance of getting your money back through filing a dispute with your credit card company. Please do not give them your money. Please do not believe the pictures on their website. Please do not believe reviews on social media. Please steer clear from this company. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
