Charletain scammers
Glasses arrived - cheap and shoddy, poor hinges, VERY lightweight and lenses ineffective - under Consumer LAW (2015), they HAVE to provide FULL refund!! Offered to return item - company are refusing(??!!) refund (£21.23) and offering £4 compensation- I don’t want ‘compensation’, I want/expect a FULL refund. They are refusing- STAY WELL CLEAR of these scammers!!!!!!!!!
