Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I had one of the worst experiences with this website. Their customer service is beyond terrible, taking days to respond, and when they finally do, it’s clear they haven’t even read your message. Every response feels generic and useless, as though they’re deliberately ignoring your concerns. I had a simple issue: I wanted to quit their service and withdraw my money. While they have a minimum withdrawal limit of $20, I only needed $2.21 to reach the limit. they’ve publicly stated (on a replay for a review in Trustpilot, go to one star reviews and you an find it there) that if someone wants to leave, they can request their money, even if it’s under the limit. However, when I contacted them, they flat-out refused to return my funds. Every reply I received simply repeated that I couldn’t withdraw under the limit, with zero explanation, completely ignoring my multiple attempts to clarify the situation. This company is frustrating, unprofessional, and borderline dishonest. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Save yourself the headache—don’t use them!
