LOL what customer service?
Placed an order and received the package on 11/12/24. However, the product I received was different from what I ordered - specifically it was the wrong edition of the same product. I immediately emailed and received a reply within 24 hours giving me 2 options: 1) I could return the item and get it exchanged, or 2) I could be refunded $100 and keep the item. Out of fear that I'd never receive the correct product should I return what was delivered to me, I opted for option #2. This was all settled by 11/13/24. Today it is 1/9/25 and not only have I not received my partial refund, but now the company has stopped replying to my emails. The last email I received was on 12/12/24, which stated in part that they "working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible." Clearly they are not. The only thing that is clear is that this is not a company to be trusted. I have never written a negative review of any company in all of my years of online shopping, so take that into consideration. Order #W585860 if anyone at the company wants to even bother looking into this.
