Never received product/ no customer service
I purchased 2 manual cheese/vegetable graters. I was charged but was never emailed a confirmation or a receipt with the order number. I contacted customer service via email because it's been a few weeks now. They are not helpful and keep insisting I give them an order number. I'm going to call my credit card to report it as a scam company.
