I had an extremely disappointing…harassment and unprofessional manner
I had an extremely disappointing experience with FNP.ae and would strongly caution others before using their services. I have placed an order through FNP.ae for a flower delivery in Amman Jordan. The order was not delivered as expected, the delivery status was inaccurate, and the product received did not match what was ordered. What made the situation significantly worse was the way my complaint was handled. After raising a complaint through FNP.ae, I was contacted by a lady named Hala through a Jordanian WhatsApp number, who identified herself as the owner of a flower shop and claimed she was acting on behalf of FNP.ae to resolve the issue. Rather than following a formal customer service process, she attempted to persuade me to cancel my complaint and inform FNP.ae that the issue had been resolved. In return, she proposed handling the refund directly between herself and me, outside the official FNP.ae process. When I refused, the communication became increasingly uncomfortable and inappropriate. I eventually had to block her number based on guidance received from customer service. After doing so, additional contact was made through other channels, including communication directed toward the receivers number in Amman . I have shared the voice notes and WhatsApp messages with FNP.ae’s customer service team and requested a formal investigation into how my personal information was shared and how this situation was allowed to occur and till now no action has been taken! As a customer, I expected a simple flower delivery service. Instead, I found myself dealing with a stressful situation involving harassments, repeated contact, poor complaint handling, and serious concerns regarding customer privacy and data protection. Please refrain from using this website specially for any international deliveries as this can expose you to serious harassment and personal information disclose with unauthorized parties.
