Terrible experience. Hidden fees, awful support, and inflated shipping costs.
I am extremely disappointed with OOPBUY and would not recommend this agent to anyone. At first, the platform looks attractive, but once your items arrive at the warehouse, the real problems begin. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Trying to get a straight answer or any actual help from their support team takes days, and when they finally reply, it’s just generic copy-pasted nonsense. They completely ignored my custom packaging and shipping instructions, which resulted in a massive volume/weight inflation, forcing me to pay way more for shipping than necessary. On top of that, there are hidden fee calculations that make the final price much higher than expected. The processing times are slow, the packaging quality is poor, and they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Save your time, money, and sanity—use a more reliable and professional agent instead. Avoid OOPBUY.
