The entire process of transition from the Reno City Employees Credit Union (RCEFCU) has been easy to navigate. All employees have been outstanding to work with. Additionally, I am currently working abroad. Staff at the Sparks branch were able to solve a unique situation for me in an effort to make funds secure during my work abroad. Lastly, my only criticism of GBFCU is the on again / off again availability of the bill pay system. Sometimes it works well, most of the time it does not. Perhaps that is because I am logging in from abroad, but it is problematic.
