I have used their service for my rental property
I have used their service to recharge a sim card for my cell tower Eufy solar camera at my rental property. It has been a generally good experience. Their online customer service was quite helpful when I had an issue with recharging. I did have occasional issues with getting camera reception, but that may not be EIOT's fault and may just be the area that my rental property is located.
