GREAT Customer Service
I have always had a great experience with EIOT SIM cards, but recently I’ve been having some issues. I have contacted support a few times and every time they are super helpful and have been troubleshooting the issues with me. Today we decided that the best option was to get new cards shipped out and replace the ones giving us trouble. Boybie was really great to work with, and the chat support was quick and easy. I highly recommend EIOT for your SIM card needs. I’ve used them for almost 10 years and so far I am very happy with their service and support:)
Always reliable data service!
I often buy EiotClub SIM data cards whenever I travel from Canada to the US and Europe. I have never had issues using the SIM cards. Very reliable!
They won’t let you cancel, and keep charging
I’ve been constantly asking them to cancel my auto renew (they confirmed multiple times) and yet for six months they continue to take payments. I’m now contacting the Financial ombudsman.

We did indeed turn off auto-renewal as requested each time. However, when you manually purchased a data plan afterward, did you happen to notice if the auto-renew toggle was switched on? If it wasn't disabled, purchasing a plan automatically re-enables the auto-renewal feature, which is likely what caused the subsequent renewal. I just purchased a new eufy 4G camera…
I just purchased a new eufy 4G camera and was surprised as to how quick and easy the setup of the SIM card was. I have this camera in a remote location with no WiFi or power available. This product is going to workout great 👍🏽

I have used their service for my rental property
I have used their service to recharge a sim card for my cell tower Eufy solar camera at my rental property. It has been a generally good experience. Their online customer service was quite helpful when I had an issue with recharging. I did have occasional issues with getting camera reception, but that may not be EIOT's fault and may just be the area that my rental property is located.
My preferred data provider
I have been using Eiotclub for a few months. Usually works anywhere I go in the Caribbean. Customer service is great and willing to help, and the app makes it easy to keep track of your plan's usage.

Hey everyone, I would be the first to say I have had this company well over 5 or 6 months. What i can say is there are always someone to chat live with,I have had a very great experience with Mary who has answered any concerns or doubts, if given a company a try i would start with eiot club first.
