This has been a worry-free product. I got a notification (7 days ahead of time) that my SIM card was about to run out of traffic. I logged on to my account, but couldn't remember what I bought last time. I asked for help and I got it right away. No bots throwing out irrelevant info. Clear, easy choices and options. Like I said, worry free. Much appreciated.
Service does not work…
After one month the service no longer was operable..I contacted CS they said to check the camera..but it was 1350 miles away(2nd property)I continued to contact them as I paid for the entire year (no service) they would not refund their service fee. I would never work with a company that steals again.

Keeps losing connectivity.
Bought a data only sim for a trip to S Korea and Japan. In Korea it took 4 hours to connect but was then generally ok. In Japan it again took 4 hours to connect (lucky id saved my initial journey) but was then patchy and kept dropping out. It wasn't a network issue as everyone else was connected. I only needed data only for navigation and it left me in Tokyo with no idea where I was or how to get back to my hotel, navigating across Tokyo would be hard for a local, virtually impossible for a tourist, forced me into a £50 taxi fare. I'm still in Japan and it keeps dropping out. I'm going to bin this sim card a buy a local sim for the rest of this trip.

I purchased a USB dongle to use as a mobile hotspot for better and more reliable connection. I'm very pleased with it and it's doing exactly as described, I use a power bank and just plug it into the power bank and off I go! I needed to refill the data plan and I was a little confused so I contacted Kares who was very helpful! I explained that I may have purchased the wrong refill card but I was assured that I purchased the correct one. Of course it was user issue . I have to say getting in touch with a live agent was super fast and super easy! So far my experience is 💯 satisfied

Good price on SIM cards for IOT devices and pretty turnkey phone installation and activation. Depending on the equipment there might be some minor configuration but once the device is setup, the SIM activates automatically.

I reported a sim card for a camera as not connecting to a network and the agent was very helpful in resetting the sim and agreeing to post out a replacement card! Having reset the sim I found that the card did indeed connect so a replacement was not needed! I contacted the chat line once more and the new agent agreed that the existing sim could be retained and the replacement cancelled. Very helpful throughout this process and also in explaining how to create a new data plan!

Awesome customer service and service that has helped me tremendously. I use Verizon but when certain areas don’t have Verizon coverage, I switch my data line to the Eiot Club where I can choose to use either AT&T or T-Mobile based on my prepaid data plan and continue to have data available for my phone. Those who travel a lot specially in rural areas you will just about always have coverage on one of the 3 major carrier networks. Highly recommended and responsive customer service as well via chat etc. Thank you!
