I received the Sim card and had trouble…
I received the Sim card and had trouble getting it to work in the router. Karla was very patient and gave 100% to help and what I found out was, after switching Sim card to another router I had, that once the router was turned on, the Sim card worked INSTANTLY! I didn't have to change or do anything. Problem I had was my router , not the Sim card.

Mis-selling eSIM advertised as "unlimited"
If the eSIM is advertised as "unlimited data", this isn't true. I ordered a 30day unlimited eSIM for Spain, but it turns out this IS limited !! to 30Gb. I complained to EIOT, and they said "30-day unlimited plan for use in Spain Spain includes a total of 30GB of high-speed data; once this is exceeded, the speed will also drop to 384Kbps" So it's definitely NOT as advertised. I will now raise this issue with the Ombudsman as this feels like mis-selling

Once this high-speed limit is reached, your speed will be reduced to 384 Kbps for the remainder of the plan's validity period. This ensures you stay connected even after using up your high-speed data. EIOT: Affordable and Reliable
I have been using EIOT sim in a security camera for the past two years. The camera is 900 miles away and in a rural location, so I needed something reliable and affordable. EIOT has been far less expensive than going straight to the carriers. I have never had an issue with service.
Easy SIM Replacement
I bought a new trail camera that came with the EiotClub SIM. Unfortunately, that SIM was having issues with my camera. I contacted EiotClub's Live Agent on their website and they immediately sent me out a replacement. I got the replacement SIM quickly and the new Live Agent I contacted helped me quickly transfer my data plan from my old SIM to my new SIM. It was all quick and seamless.

Had to reload an old SIM card to get a camera working. I was assisted by technician Kares. All taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I had not used the SIM in over a year, so I was rusty with the terminology. Kares assisted in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.
