SIM Card reload…
Had to reload an old SIM card to get a camera working. I was assisted by technician Kares. All taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I had not used the SIM in over a year, so I was rusty with the terminology. Kares assisted in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.
