Good sim for abroad travels
I acquired the sim card from Amazon Italy, and it worked like a charm for all the time I stayed in Turkey. I had no problem connecting and sharing the connection with a local hotspot device from Mercusys. 2 years later, I can also add that customer service is fast, answering and they tries their best to solve your inquiry when possible.

Issue with a remote security camera
I was having an issue with a remote security camera that was ultimately resolved when the camera vendor provided a replacement under warranty. Being only 3 months into the 6-month data plan I purchased for the original camera I was concerned I would lose 3 months’ worth of data I already paid for as the data plan could not be transferred to the new camera. This was due to technical limitations that were not any fault of EIOTCLUB. Given the circumstances they assured me they would cancel my original plan and refund the money for the unused days. They did exactly that in short order. They kept me informed of the status along the way and offered additional support if needed. Given my experience with their helpful and patient support staff I would not hesitate to recommend EIOTCLUB to anyone who values superior customer service and a quality product at competitive prices.
First Time Customer ... Still waiting after 10 days
I am a first time customer. I ordered a SIM on June 17th. It was promised by June 22. It is now June 27th. Thus, now ten days and order is still not fulfilled. I live in Duluth, Minnesota. According to my tracking number the sim is enjoying a trip through America's Deep South, but has yet to even get north of the Mason Dixon Line. Uff dah. Not impressive.

I contacted constumer service to inquire about two my camera service that wasn't working. They were very helpfull and tried to fix the problem while online through their chat room, they refreshed the sim and one worked almost immediately the other may need to be replaced, but they were police, nice and offered to give me credit for the unused portion of the data plan.
No internet access from GLi router
I had a problem connecting my eiotclub sim with the internet via a Gli router. Very quick response on chat and very patient, even when I retrieved the wrong sim from my router to pass the numbers!! talked through process to reboot and get internet access.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a frequent traveler, I was happy to find EIOTCLUB. Customer service confirmed that the SIM has no expiry date until it is activated, which is perfect for me. The SIM can be recharged and reused for future trips, and it works in over 200 countries. Great value, and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
Positively amazing customer service...
This is the second time having to contact customer service and both times have been outstanding. The first time was a year ago when trying to get a cell router setup at my in-laws which was amazing. This time having issue with the card activating after a refill and Catherine was very quick to resolve my issue. It is refreshing to find companies that care about the user experience.
