The agent was very patient as I described my concerns. Asked questions to help me get the help I needed. I didn’t sense any rushing, only the desire to help me resolve the concerns with my cameras. He explained why the cameras were not working and advised next steps to get everything going again, even offering suggestions on plans. Very helpful and throughout the experience.
