This is a drop-shipping front company
This company goes out of its way to stress they are an American business. Based on my experience and other reviews, this stresses credulity to the point of breaking. The “American” component appears to just be a drop shipping front for a Chinese manufacturer. They are quick to generate a USPS shipping label which will sit on a shelf for WEEKS waiting for your order to reach the U.S. Checking up on the delay will be met with an excuse shell game. If they had been up-front about the arrangement and the shipping timeframe I’d be willing to cut them some slack but the subterfuge earns them a one star rating. I upped it to two stars because the quality of the order - after it finally arrived - was decent. But I won’t be ordering from them again and suggest you give a company with a genuine American manufacturing facility your business.
