empty promises, false descriptions, bad service
i bought what was advertised as an AMD Ryzen, AMD did not recognise it as such. After a few months it started crashing and restarting. i should have sent it back, but it had my win11 and office pro on it, with a lot of my data, so i tried new memory, disc etc. eventually i paid to send it back to china for repair. since then i have empty promises about when i would get it back. now i don't even get them. Avoid.
