Communication with the Company is excellent
Communication with the Company is excellent. After many failed attempts trying different products, I "stumbled" across this Company and I am so glad I did. I will not shop anywhere else from now on. Product arrived earlier than I had expected. Product well presented in beautiful packaging. I ordered the Trakka Underwear for my young grandson. The product is absolutely brilliant, high quality, very comfortable and well fitting, and has made such a difference to him and his family. I found the sizing chart to be fully accurate according to my grandson's measurements. I also ordered 2 bed pads. Same high quality and lovely with the animal prints on them. I won't shop anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend this professional, expert Company.
