Messy Returns Process
Beware that Adagio Teas makes the return process very confusing. Customer service wasn't very helpful. Tried to blame me for not finding the return label when they don't even bother emailing the label to you. They were quick to respond to my friend who wanted a store credit though! Go figure. PS. Waiting for the sassy response back like the other negative reviews here ;)
