I have 2 opinions on WWS service, I originally wanted to trade a piece of equipment in on my new purchase, I filled out the necessary form on their website and several days went by and i heard absolutely nothing. So in this respect I was disappointed. My other opinion is this: once I ordered the new piece of equipment the shipping was fast.
