Pathetic support, I want full refund
Unable to install getting alert as if plan is not purchased at all. Unable to get any support. No response from support team via email after sending so many mails. I wish to have full refund of my money Date : 30 jan 2025 I have provided them all the necessary documents , screenshot and screen recording. Post which i got an automatic reply that most of the team is unavailable till 4th feb. Also they asked for scenarial number of the device which i have provided but alas 2 days have passed and no response. I would request clevguard to resolve my issue so that I can have the benefit of using the application instead of complaining. As it is the plan is of quaterly basis and 10 days have already passed of this 90 days period.
