I needed a part for a shower leak and, though the product I have is several years old and no longer sold by Hudson Reed, I was helped immediately via e-mail; my issue was referred to individuals who could follow-up and the correct replacement part was sent to me. The attention provided was amazing and rare in the current world of customer service. The part worked! And I even received an e-mail following up on the results. I was very impressed
