Great service and tech support
I've been a customer for many years and alarm grid always provides great service and tech support. Recently had an issue with not seeing zones on my Honeywell tuxedo touchpad; Darrell K was extremely thorough and diligent in helping troubleshoot until resolved. Don't hesitate to use alarm grid.
