Stay far away
I've never used trust pilot before...but I specifically signed up for an acct to warn everyone to stay away from this company. The worst customer experience I've ever had. To start out the onboarding/intake experience is confusing. Once I finally got the results the "physician" offered absolutely no insight or help understanding the lab results. I essentially had to choose my own prescription. THEN after I specifically stated that I didn't want a certain prescription they ended up ordering it anyway. THEN they stated it was too late to change, it had already shipped. So I agreed to try it for a month. After waiting a week I found out that it never shipped. So I was forced to order AGAIN. To put a cherry on top of this horrible experience, after all of that...what was originally a two day shipment, they finally shipped my order via ground which meant another 8 days of waiting. Absolutely horrible experience. Go elsewhere.
