Absolutely awful customer service
I emailed them letting them know I never got my order. They acknowledged the first email and sent back that the delivery service did say that they were delivered. I explained to them that it says it was delivered at 1:22 a.m. and I never received the shoes. Somebody must have taken them or they were brought to the wrong address. After I said that I have not heard back. I have sent three follow-up emails regarding this incident and they will not acknowledge me or email me back. I loved their shoes as I have ordered from them before but I highly doubt I will order from them again unless I get my refund. Ridiculous
