The initial purchase was great. Follow up is nothing but frustration
The initial purchase was great. Follow up appointments are a complete joke. I’ve had two follow up in home appointments. The first time, the provider was late. Yesterday, they didn’t bother to even show up. No email no text, they just didn’t show up. Yes Hearing can get you a pair of hearing aids for less than you will pay from a local audiologist, but god help you if you ever need in home follow up care. For me, the up front savings are not worth the ongoing issues with the follow up care. I won’t be a repeat customer. There are too many issues with their contracted in home providers.
