Found the compromise
The company is providing tracking software which was not suitable for my needs so I had to ask for a refund. They said that refund is not possible if working solution is delivered by them - which was. Luckly I got one of few really good technical support ladies called Dora, and she helped me get at least half of the paid amount back.
