Overcharged, but eventually refunded.
This note applies to 2 train journeys (Paris-Wien-Paris) done in January 2025, paid for December 2024. They overcharged 35€ for 2 tickets. And were shameless about it when questioned after the trip. BUT months later (August 2025) they contacted me because of my review (which I am modifying now) and agreed a refund of the excess - which I got. So they sorted it, with a lot of apologetic correspondence. I feel they could have done the same when I first complained, but they came up trumps in the end. Fair play.
