I'd honestly want to give them more stars
I'd honestly want to give them more stars since I've used them multiple times before but my latest experience was so terrible I can't justify a good review. I ordered an in game to-up item for $15 and normally it's delivered instantly. One hour passes, nothing. So I start connecting with their Live Support. First time I connected with someone called 'Crimson' and they told me that the item is Sending and will be delivered. I ask for an ETA but receive no response. Chat Ends. I connect again, at this point it's over 4 hours of having placed the order. Once again connected to 'Crimson'. I explain the issue, provide my order number and proceed to wait 30+ minutes for them to answer only to tell me there's a technical issue and my order is 'waiting for redeliver' and that there is a delay. I asked for an estimated timeframe, I'm told there isn't one/cannot be estimated. Once again, I ask if the order will be delivered so I can be sure we're on the same page. Very rudely get the response 'zzz' + a screenshot of their earlier messages saying it will be redelivered. So I just tell them I saw that, and they resend it??? 😭😭😭 Honestly at that point I was so over it I just started laughing and thanked them before ending the chat. Hopefully my order is redelivered soon
