Speedaf is an untrustworthy company. Do not use this courier company. They failed to deliver my item purchase from Temu (Tracking number NG020247318517) claiming my phone was off which is a big LIE. No text message was sent to me on the arrival of my item. I Got to know that my item was sent back to an unknown shipper when I checked my mail on why I haven’t received my package. Their numbers are unavailable and you cannot reach them on WhatsApp and the regular numbers. I got a reply to my several messages on WhatsApp after a day. No apologies to me whatsoever and I have not gotten any response on where my package is and how to get it to me. This is highly unfair
