Purchase these apps with caution...
Cecelia from CS was very helpful and understanding. Polite and prompt with responses. She offered to extend the usage of software. Ultimately, the software proved to be ineffective and I requested a refund. That said, I'm not very happy with the refund policy. The product was estimated to take *over a year* to scan the HD (which is much longer than the 1 month I subscribed to). Very impractical timeline, and I opted to request a refund - I was declined. However, I was offered a lifetime upgrade of the software - I was told to "remind them to perform the upgrade"... so I messaged them afterwards to do so and I was told to "remind them" *again*. I feel like I'm caught it a loop.... One more thing I noticed - as clean as the apps look, the site is littered with grammatical errors and typos. And the customer service seems to struggle with English as well. I would strongly caution others to refrain from purchasing the Data Recovery Software unless it's critical. And if you are going to purchase any software, make sure to google a discount code and save yourself upwards of $30~$40.
