Transferring of eSim to a different phone.
I got a new phone today, and was unable to port over my eSIM from my old phone. From their FAQs: you have to go down in person and pay $5 to get a new QR code to transfer your eSIM to your new phone. This is ridiculous and might I say, disgraceful, in 2025 and totally defeats the purpose of an eSIM. In fact, I probably would have been better off with a physical SIM card.
