Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, it felt like nobody gave a crap. Every interaction left me more irritated than the last, and I genuinely regret giving this company a single penny. The communication was abysmal, the whole experience was a complete headache, and dealing with them felt like banging my head against a brick wall. Every time I thought things couldn't get worse, they somehow managed to lower the bar even further. It's honestly impressive how consistently disappointing they were. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the endless frustration. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers. This one left me feeling completely let down and thoroughly pissed off. Never again. 0/10. I'd rather do without than ever deal with this shower of shite again.
