My husband bought a jacket from Futario…
My husband bought a jacket from Futario that I fell in love with from their online website. We didn't receive it until after Christmas but it didn't fit right nor did it look quite like the picture. The collar didn't lay down flat either. When I contacted customer service they at first said that I was outside the return window. I asked if they would consider an exchange and they agreed! They even said I didn't have to return the jacket! Best customer service I've ever dealt with! They responded immediately!
