Ordered but not deliver
Ordered a product from the company, it was shipped out to my address, however the parcel that arrived wasn’t the item that I had ordered. It was a box of balloons, the label got transferred in shipping to another Parcel, that was then uplifted by the courier. I told customer service, only to be told I hadn’t received to send photos of a parcel I didn’t have, they then asked me to fill in a claim form (all in German), and email it back. This has now been going on for months, now they aren’t even answering my emails and I’m £200 out of pocket. Not good service at all.
